Product detailed description
This uranium glass Art Deco figural vase was produced in Bohemia from original molds associated with the 1930–1939 period. The composition shows nude nymphs gathering grapes, modeled in deep sculptural relief in the expressive Lalique-style tradition linked to the work of H. Hoffmann. The yellow uranium glass reacts strongly under UV light, producing a vivid neon glow that emphasizes the depth of the figures and the flowing movement of the design.
The figures rise organically from the base, their bodies merging with foliage and clustered grapes that circle the vase. Softly modeled contours, defined anatomy and rounded Deco volumes create rhythm and harmony around the entire circumference.
Although made from historical molds, the vase offers the clarity, crisp relief and satin surface expected from high-quality Bohemian press-molded glass. Its proportions, figural decoration and strong UV fluorescence make it a striking Art Deco display piece and an excellent addition to uranium glass and Bohemian figural collections.
