Product detailed description
This uranium vaseline glass Art Deco small figural bowl was produced in Bohemia using original 1930s H. Hoffmann mold designs. The composition centers on a kneeling nude lady with her head gently tilted back and her arms resting along her thighs, modeled in a smooth, sculptural Deco style.
In front of the figure is a compact oval bowl with finely defined floral and geometric relief set on a stepped, faceted base that catches the light and emphasizes the clarity of the uranium glass. Under UV/black light the piece shows a bright neon-green glow, highlighting the contours of the nude figure and the crisp 1930s detailing.
Its smaller proportions make this figural bowl ideal for display cabinets, Art Deco arrangements, or as a focal point in a curated uranium glass collection, especially for collectors who appreciate Hoffmann’s kneeling-lady designs and Bohemian interwar craftsmanship.
