Detailed information

Product detailed description

This uranium glass Art Deco vase was produced in Bohemia from original molds designed in the 1930–1939 period by H. Hoffmann. Within the characteristic tone of yellow uranium glass, the piece shows a vivid neon green glow under blacklight, revealing the sculptural depth of the relief.

The design presents a softly modeled nude female figure emerging from a rectangular block form, a composition that echoes the sculptural aesthetics seen in Lalique-style architectural glass. The smooth planes of the block contrast with the subtle contours of the figure, creating a dialogue between geometry and the human form.

The thick, solid construction and minimal ornamentation place emphasis on volume, proportion and silhouette. Its restrained figural relief and architectural block form make it a distinguished example of Art Deco uranium glass, suitable for serious Bohemian and figural glass collections.
