Product detailed description
This uranium glass Art Deco tall figural vase was produced in Bohemia using original molds designed in the 1930–1939 period by H. Hoffmann. Within the characteristic tone of yellow uranium glass, the piece displays a vivid neon green glow under blacklight, enhancing the sculptural relief and architectural proportions of the vessel. The composition presents a continuous frieze of Bacchantes — dancing female figures — modeled in deep sculptural relief in the classic Bohemian and Lalique-style Art Deco tradition.
The bodies are shaped with smooth Deco contours, defined anatomy and flowing drapery, creating rhythm and movement around the vertical form. The tall silhouette rises into a gently faceted rim, catching light across the relief and producing dramatic shadow play along the surface.
Its impressive height and deeply sculpted decoration make it a strong example of Art Deco glass, suitable for serious uranium glass and Bohemian figural collections.
