Detailed information

Product detailed description

This uranium vaseline glass Art Deco perfume bottle was made in Bohemia using original antique molds from the 1930–1939 period and is crafted from highly UV-reactive uranium glass. The stopper features a finely sculpted Cupid holding a bow, framed by soft floral detailing, while the bottle displays a bold butterfly relief — a symbolic pairing often seen in Hoffmann and Lalique-style Bohemian decorative glass.

In daylight the piece shows a gentle yellow-green satin finish; under UV/black light it ignites into an intense neon green glow, revealing the strong fluorescence characteristic of high-uranium vaseline glass. The sharp relief, balanced symmetry, and crisp mold definition make this bottle a standout example of 1930s Bohemian craftsmanship.

A visually striking centerpiece for any Art Deco interior or illuminated display, and an exceptional addition to a serious uranium glass collection.
