Product detailed description
This uranium vaseline glass Art Deco large figural bowl was crafted in Bohemia from original antique molds used during the 1930–1939 period. The composition features a kneeling nude lady supporting a wide bowl above her shoulders, modeled with smooth Deco contours, carefully defined anatomy, and expressive detailing associated with H. Hoffmann’s Bohemian sculptural work and Lalique-style figural design.
The woman kneels with one leg folded beneath her and the other slightly extended forward, her raised arms holding the underside of the bowl. The bowl itself has a petal-like, radiating form with softly rounded segments that create elegant reflections in normal light and a sharp neon effect under UV illumination.
Crafted from premium UV-reactive uranium vaseline glass, the piece displays a vivid green fluorescence that highlights both the sculptural figure and the flowing geometry of the bowl. Its generous size, balanced proportions, and dramatic pose make it a striking Art Deco centerpiece and a standout addition to advanced uranium glass and Lalique-inspired figural collections.
